Winged Shooting Perthshire Scotland

Winged Shooting and Couples Getaway  Highland Perthshire, Scotland

About Perthshire, Scotland

Sir Walter Scott described Perthshire, “The fairest portion of the northern kingdom.” And taking in the region’s breathtaking variety, from its serene glens and endless expanses of lush forest, to its bleakly beautiful moors, rushing rivers and tumbling waterfalls, it’s impossible to argue with him. Perthshire’s scenery is truly awe-inspiring. As the Gateway to the Scottish Highlands, Perthshire is home to many historic castles and monuments.

First Class Winged Shooting

Murthly Estate is nestled in the heart of Perthshire, overlooking River Tay. The wide variety of terrain in this part of Perthshire straddles both Highland and Lowland ground, which makes for an exciting hunt with different challenges. Shooters will experience the thrill of a walk-up hunt for pheasant and grouse one day, and a driven pheasant shoot the next day.

Kinloch House is owned and managed by the Allen Family. Built nearly 200 years ago, old oak and stone-work blend seamlessly throughout, creating an elegant and intimate setting in this grand Scottish country house. This is a special place in which to relax after a full day in the field or exploring Perthshire.

Graeme Allen stands behind a reputation of a 5-star property, luxury accommodations, and an award-winning chef on-site. Chef Steve McCallum and his team present a menu that features local Scottish produce, game, beef, fish, shellfish, and produce from the garden. Freshness and quality are served every day.
